I was thinking that the photo makes you look like a secret agent of some sort. Never a bad thing. I hope you get the health insurance sorted out. I loved the conversation with the insurance elf. And yes, it’s absolutely a national disgrace.

Note that it was probable she was on the FBI wacko list already because I’m probably on it (my ranting letters to the MBTA against “T-Radio” probably did it), but really it’s the difference from a mention in the “spouse” line and having your own folder.
